SGP Motorsport is one of Britain’s leading rally preparation teams, headed by double national champion Steve Petch and part of SG Petch Ltd, a multi-franchise dealer group with branches throughout County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire.
Our primary focus is to build, prepare and hire rally cars for both regional and national competition. SGP Motorsport - celebrating its 25th anniversary - secured the British Rally Championship title with David Higgins (Hyundai Accent WRC) in 2004.
Our cars can be regularly seen competing in major events such as the BRC (British Rally Championship) and the (MSA) Ancro National Rally, We also take part in regional competitions including the Kall Kwik, Malcolm Wilson and Wyedean Forest Rallies.
